Refunds are not offered on completed services. If you are not fully satistied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 72 hours of the original appointment

All adjustments must be completed at our salon. Services adjusted by another salon voids any responsibility on our end.

Please be advised that effective February 1st, 2026, a 2.85% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in charge of 50% of service price. This fee must be paid prior to booking another appointment
